Responsible for Conducting CFT Meeting and Preparation of All Process Documentation During Product Development Stage. Managing New Product Feasibility Study and Define their Input to Output Requirements with Associated Risks. Managing all Activities Related to Part Development including Material Selection, Tool Trail, Testing, Validation, Pilot Stage Quality Issue Closer and Countermeasure Implementation. Manage the Entire Documentation Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP), Production Part Approval process (PPAP), Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) as per Customer Specific Requirement.
