Maintain accurate records of contracts, purchases, and supplier communications. Prepare procurement reports for senior management, providing updates on savings, performance,and supplier status.6. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure materials aredelivered on time and meet specifications. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure proper allocation of funds for purchases.7. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the procurement team, providing training, support, and developmentopportunities. Set performance targets for the team, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback. Ensure a collaborative, efficient work environment to achieve department goals.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, or a relatedfield. 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the electrical orconstruction industry.
