Procurement Manager - Candidates Only From Architecture or Interior Firm

- Conduct research to source the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality.- Build and maintain good relationships with new and existing suppliers.- Ensure timely material delivery, cost-effective solutions for Interior Designing projects.- Collaborate with teams, maintain records, optimize procurement processes.- Ensure Suppliers deliver the goods or services in accordance with contractual obligations.- Identifying New vendors and generating Competition.- Vendor Evaluation and comparison.Assist with planning, budgeting, purchasing, and scheduling of projects.- Project wise Procurement Follow ups and Track all PO raised, rigorous delivery follow-ups.- Maintain Project wise procurement Records.- Tracking the dispatch /follow-up for payments, Documentation & maintaining the filesSystem.- Vendor Development, resolve the stuck-up issues.- To work in coordination with internal departments . projects, finance etc.- Negotiate with the Vendor to get the best offer.- Coordination with the supplier, technical team, account section & site team for workexecution.- Focus on lowering lead time, adhering to on-time delivery, and assuring the transportservices, Vendor service, etc.- Track and report key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.- Do regular daily, weekly, and monthly procurement reports.
