Manage new part development and machining processes from concept to production. Ensure timely execution of projects as per customer requirements. Present and implement new ideas for product development and process improvement. Monitor every step of the product development process and ensure smooth production execution. Make adjustments to product plans when required to meet goals and deadlines. Conduct research, assessment, and coordination to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
