Having knowledge and experience in following in residential and commercial real estate *Electrical-Wiring (high rise residential and commercial projects).*Earthing , phase, neutral wiring gauge and 3 phase load distribution knowledge.*Calculation, analysis and distribution of load as per the requirement.*Knowledge of power sockets and optimum wire gauge as per the same.*Applicable wire gauge and MCB's required for AC, Geyser and high power equipments.*Knowledge of how to control electrical costs.*Look for frayed wires and loose connections.*Inspect wiring of assemblies for accuracy of stripping, soldering, and crimping, and for defects and colour coding.*Verify wire and cable length.*Earthing System Inspection, LT line, HT line breakers, Transformers, high voltage, HVAC equipments, VCB's, DG.
