The ideal candidate will work in our Ahmedabad office and must have 4 to 8 years of relevant experience.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Design Piping Layouts**: Create detailed piping layouts using appropriate software, ensuring they meet project specifications and standards.- **Review Technical Drawings**: Analyze and modify existing designs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.- **Coordinate with Engineers**: Collaborate with project engineers and other team members to ensure seamless integration of piping systems with other design elements.- **Prepare Material Take-Offs**: Generate accurate lists of materials needed for projects, facilitating timely procurement and cost estimation.- **Conduct Site Visits**: Perform site evaluations to assess installation conditions and provide practical solutions for any challenges encountered.- **Maintain Documentation**: Keep detailed records of designs, revisions, and project progress, ensuring all documentation is up to date for reference.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate should possess strong knowledge of piping design principles and industry software such as AutoCAD or similar tools. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and understanding engineering principles is essential. Good communication skills are needed to collaborate effectively with other team members and clients.
