To ensure completeness and accuracy of all BIM Models as per the project plan and keep the project team informed with all discipline specific BIM Matters To strictly adhere to the BIM Standards and workflows set by the BIM Manager. To coordinate all updates for individual models based on the design coordination and review meetings. To navigate, review and manipulate 3D coordination models during the design review meetings. Review and understand the BIM requirements of the models they are authoring for the project. Create and edit project models and for their organization in accordance with project BIM requirements, company standards and industry best practice. Enter the applicable content and data for model components in accordance with the project BIM requirements, company standards, industry best practice and the directions of their BIM Manager with respect level of development (LOD) requirements. Ensure that model component data is correctly entered. Ensure that models are created in accordance with the project BIM requirements, company standards, industry best practice and the directions of BIM Manager. Communicate issues with models to BIM Manager. Create any parametric based Revit family as required by the organization. Make the model parametric and dynamic by using programming tools such as Dynamo/C#.

Execution of the Plumbing & Fire Fighting works at site. Billing of project at frequent interval of time to maintain cash flow of project. Discussing the site problems with client as well with staff. Checking the entire riser & down take lines as well as branch lines. Testing the bodies & CP fitting in the toilet region. Establish the good relation with the client. Establishing & Developing the Relation with the various Suppliers. Handling affairs of sub-contractors as well as labor.

Strong Knowledge of all Plumbing aspects. It is necessary to have experience in detecting leaks, seepages, moisture and dampness in plumbing lines, plumbing equipment's, fire lines, STP, WTP, swimming pools, etc.Knowledge of all aspects of plumbing systems including understanding plumbing lines, understanding drainage pipes, fire pipelines, wastewater treatment plants, pressure pumps, ducts, shafts, and sewage treatment plants.
