The Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of machinery and equipment in Gharaunda Karnal. Key responsibilities include conducting regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting issues, and performing repairs on machinery as needed. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in a relevant field, 1-5 years of experience, and a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Additionally, the candidate should be able to work effectively in a team environment, possess good communication skills, and be detail-oriented. The Maintenance Engineer is expected to have a proactive approach to maintenance, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and have a strong problem-solving ability.

SCADA EngineerDesign, Engineering, Implementation of SCADA system. Maintenance of SCADA system, CCTV, LogisticApplications. Programming of SCADA, Configuring Layouts, Troubleshooting Bugs and Technical snag for smooth functioning. Carry out process control & Control the plant operation in totality. Handle all operational emergencies for sustainable production. Monitoring of critical parameter and render technical help to resolve the anomalies. Analyse the performance and bring operational improvement. Should have knowledge of Safety knowledge to gas safety. Coordination with Control Room Operator and Site Team for smooth functioning of Systems. Maintenance of Hardware, Software, IT support systems of SCADA. Receive, install, configure, and calibrate equipment, servers, networks, and other components. Conduct maintenance and upgrades. Monitor data communications TroubleshootPLC/RTU circuit and system faults. Set up firewalls and ensure security of theSCADA system components from outside attacks. Manage inventory of equipment and software. Maintain all License and support contract documentation. Comply with all accepted change control procedures. Understand and comply with applicable state regulatory agency reporting and documentation requirements. Ensure Equipment Availability. Knowledge of generating unit operation, engineering, or maintenance practices. Ability to operate various switches, control devices and valves, and knowledge of the effect each has on total plant operations.
