Job Description; Elect DesignResponsible for study of RFQ/tender documents/Business enquiry from technical perspectiveDesigning of Electrical control cabinet, Junction box, pendants , sub-assemblies, parts designing as per RFQ or PO specificationsElectrical Control Panel Designing of AC Drive, PLC, Control Logic of Drive, Panels as per specifications received from the Customer. Prepare control scheme/topologyELECTRICAL AUTOCAD , SWITCHGEAR SELECTION, PREPARATION OF BILL OF MATERIAL, DESIGNING PANELS,POWER CIRCUIT DIAGRAM, SLD, IO DRAWINGS CABLE SCHEDULE,, MISUBISHI PLC KNOWLEDGESwitchgear Selection, Drive selection, Control Logic, PLC requirement, IO Counts, special modules, sensors, actuators, displays, IT infrastructure in the project/application etc.Working on P&ID, System Architecture, Networking solutions, Loop diagram, Grounding diagram, Single line diagram, AC/DC power distribution drawings, Earthing drawings, Label drawings, Installation layout, SAT,FAT & Bill of material.Responsible for providing expert advice on Estimation, costing , Design, Quality Assurance documentation.Propose appropriate technical solutionValidation of technical design & estimate thereof- Post sales functionPrepare BOM as per design document Prepare Engineering release document & track for incremental modifications/corrections etc.Create Design master for archive(future reference)Attend DAP meetings with customer
