Supervision of Factory Operations:Oversee daily factory operations, including production, dispatch, and quality control.Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production schedules.Supervise factory staff and maintain a productive work environment.2. Documentation Handling:Manage and maintain all factory-related documents, including production reports, inventory logs, dispatch records, and quality control documents.Handle MIS reporting and ensure data accuracy.Ensure all documentation is in compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.3. Billing & Dispatch CoordinationSupervise billing procedures and ensure accurate and timely invoicing.Coordinate with logistics for the dispatch of finished products.Track and manage the movement of goods within the factory and to clients.4. Sales & PurchaseOversee and monitor raw material procurement and maintain inventory records.Coordinate with the sales team for product delivery and ensure all purchase orders are fulfilled on time.5.
