Assess customer needs related to physiotherapy, nursing care, elder care, or medical support services. Explain and align Antara services as per the customers medical and lifestyle needs. Handle objections, build trust, and guide customers towards service enrollment. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and service closure. Maintain accurate lead updates and follow-up records in the CRM. Preferred Candidate Profile: Minimum 2 years of experience in Physiotherapy, Nursing, Healthcare Counseling, Medical Coordination, or similar healthcare background. Experience in Telecalling, Healthcare Sales, or Patient Coordination preferred. Strong communication, empathy, and objection-handling skills. Ability to build rapport with senior citizens and patient families. Basic understanding of healthcare and patient support services. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILIES1. Patient admission and counselling : Clinical assessment and diagnosis, maintaining previous documents, prepare folder of pt having his videos/photos for record purposes2. Monitoring the Therapist: timely entry, lunch break time, their work, leaves, communication with the patients, decorum maintenance, therapy room cleanliness, list of patients for senior drs to be seen from time to time, meetings with therapist on regular intervals, all feedbacks are entered daily in tabs3. Guidance and Monitoring patients: Regular basis feedbacks from patients by just talking to them, counselling, refer to dr if patient needs change in medication or other valid reasons, all doctor related enteries in files are to be entered in tabs4. Coordination and Meeting: Act as a Coordinator between Admin/Nutrition/Physio, Coordination among drs, Regular meetings with different departments, Regular checks in therapy rooms for mobiles use/any other wrong doing5. HR/Manpower Requirement/Utilization- Regular trainings for staff, enhancement of skills from time to time6. Closing formalities- see that pre and post summary details by doctors are done, Preparation of all documents before closure and see file in tab is complete

1. Gather patient information about the patient's medical and family history record information in the forms provided2. Coordinate with the counselors and patients to assist in organizing appointments while closely working with patient caregivers and the doctor's/hospital's team3. Assist cancer patients/caregivers with accessing all the available resources for cancer patients that are provided by the doctor/hospital4. Work with the central team to provide counseling support and community program support to patients based on their need5. Provide emotional support to the patients as needed6. WORK RESPONSIBILITIES Patient consultations and engagement. Patients follow up. Good knowledge of orthodontic treatment (Braces and Aligners) Identify the needs of Patients, resolve issues, and provide solutions. Handle inbound and outbound calls to Patient. Create and update/maintain records of the conversations with the Patient in the CRM. Ensure 100% adherence to schedule.
