preparing the operating room, maintaining a sterile environment, and assisting surgeons and anesthesiologists before, during, and after surgical procedures.Pre-operative Setup: Fumigate the OT, sanitize surfaces, and lay out the exact surgical instruments, consumables, and drugs needed for the specific procedure.Patient Preparation: Safely transfer, position, and drape patients on the operating table while ensuring their comfort and safety.Intra-operative Assistance: Pass sterilized instruments to surgeons and scrub nurses, operate equipment (like suction machines, C-arm, or anesthesia monitors), and assist the anesthesiologist.Sterilization & Infection Control: Collect, clean, and run surgical instruments through the autoclave, strictly adhering to biomedical waste disposal and infection-control protocols.Post-operative Cleanup: Clean the OT post-surgery, manage surgical waste, and prep the room for the next operation.
