About the RoleAs a Sales Operations Executive, you will act as the critical bridge between the Sales team and the Operations/Supply Chain/Manufacturing teams. You will support front-end sales by ensuring that customer requirements are translated smoothly into production and delivery, enabling seamless execution and excellent client experience. Key ResponsibilitiesSales CoordinationProvide support to Sales and KAM teams in terms of RFQ creation , Purchase order , Sales order , Design coordination , Sampling and other internal coordination with Finance , Ops and marketing team .Work closely with the sales team to understand client orders, specifications, and delivery expectations.Review and validate sales orders before handing over to production and operations teams.Internal Communication & HandoverServe as the liaison between sales, supply chain, and manufacturing.Coordinate lead times, order tracking, stock availability, and delivery schedules.Ensure all departments are aligned on customer priorities and timelines.Client Support (Back-End)Provide real-time updates to the sales team or clients on order status, delays, or changes.Help resolve any operational issues affecting fulfillment or dispatch.Process Monitoring & ReportingTrack sales orders from confirmation to delivery.Maintain order management trackers and prepare periodic reports on sales ops performance, turnaround time, etc.Support Tools & DocumentationMaintain updated pricing, SKU catalogs, and order templates.Ensure all documentation is accurate and filed correctly (invoices, dispatch notes, etc.). Ideal Candidate Profile4-6 years of experience in sales coordination, sales ops, or customer service in a manufacturing, packaging, or product-based company.Strong understanding of order fulfilment, supply chain basics, and internal process coordination.Excellent communication, follow-up, and organization skills.Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, ERP or order-tracking tools

Major Roles & ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain ManagementSupport the planning and coordination of the end-to-end supply chain process to ensure timely delivery of goods.Monitor supply chain performance and implement improvements for efficiency.Inventory & Stock ControlManage inventory levels, track stock movements, and ensure accurate record-keeping.Conduct periodic audits to prevent stock discrepancies and minimize losses.Warehouse OperationsOversee warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and dispatch.Ensure compliance with safety, security, and quality standards in warehouse operations.Transportation & Distribution ManagementCoordinate transportation schedules, monitor shipments, and optimize routes to reduce costs and delivery times.Liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.Order Fulfillment & Customer ServiceEnsure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders while maintaining high customer satisfaction.Resolve any logistics-related issues or delays promptly.Vendor & Supplier CoordinationCommunicate with suppliers and service providers to negotiate terms, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with contracts.Maintain strong relationships with key vendors for smooth operations.Process Optimization & Continuous ImprovementIdentify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in logistics processes.Implement best practices and cost-effective solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Team Supervision & TrainingSupervise logistics staff, assign tasks, and monitor performance.Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Reporting & DocumentationMaintain accurate logistics records, generate reports on inventory, shipments, and performance metrics.Support management with data analysis and actionable insights for strategic decisions.Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure all logistics operations comply with safety regulations, company policies, and legal requirements.Identify potential risks in transportation, storage, or supply chain processes and implement mitigation strategies.

Major Roles & ResponsibilitiesProcurement and Vendor ManagementSource raw materials, goods, or services as per organizational requirements.Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.Inventory ManagementMonitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock without overstocking or stockouts.Implement inventory control systems and track material movement.Logistics and DistributionOversee transportation and delivery of goods from suppliers to warehouses or customers.Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective shipments.Demand Forecasting and PlanningAnalyze sales trends and market data to forecast future demand.Align procurement and production planning with demand.Order Processing and FulfillmentEnsure accurate and timely processing of purchase orders and sales orders.Coordinate across departments to fulfill customer orders efficiently.Warehouse OperationsSupervise warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.Ensure proper documentation and compliance with safety standards.Cost Control and BudgetingMonitor supply chain expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.Ensure supply chain operations stay within budget.ERP and Supply Chain SystemsUse ERP tools like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics to manage supply chain data.Generate reports and maintain accurate records of transactions and stock.Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks related to supply chain disruptions, delays, or quality issues.Develop contingency plans for emergencies or shortages.Continuous ImprovementAnalyze supply chain performance metrics (KPIs).Suggest and implement process improvements for efficiency and customer satisfaction.
