Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building long-term customer relationships. You should be well-versed in the company€™s products and services and be able to deliver effective presentations and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
€¢ Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
€¢ Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
€¢ Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
€¢ Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify up selling opportunities
€¢ Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
€¢ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment
€¢ Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
€¢ Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or field sales
€¢ Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
€¢ Strong customer service orientation
€¢ Self-motivated and target-driven
€¢ Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
€¢ Willingness to travel as needed
