Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales goals, and building long-term customer relationships. You should be well-versed in the companys products and services and be able to deliver effective presentations and solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify up selling opportunities
Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment
Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably B2B or field sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation
Self-motivated and target-driven
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as needed
