The ideal candidate should understand ground-level production, manage labour/Karigarh efficiently, and ensure smooth coordination of orders. The role involves overseeing material sourcing, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring timely execution of all products. You’ll work closely on new designs, sampling, and workflow improvements.
