Develop turning and machining processes with a focus on achieving target cycle times, productivity, quality, and cost objectives. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Production, Quality, Tool Room, and Sales to ensure smooth product development and launch. Identify, analyze, and resolve issues encountered during new component development through corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Conduct root cause analysis of process failures and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence.
