Key Responsibilities:- Monitor Network Traffic: Regularly check network activity to identify any unauthorized access or anomalies that may signal security threats.- Security Incident Response: Respond to security incidents promptly, analyzing and resolving issues to minimize damage and prevent future occurrences.- Firewall Management: Configure and manage firewalls to ensure they protect the network while allowing legitimate traffic through without disruption.- Vulnerability Assessment: Conduct regular assessments to identify vulnerabilities in systems and networks to patch or secure potential risks.- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain clear documentation of security incidents, policies, and procedures, and create reports to inform management of security status.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have 3 to 9 years of experience in cybersecurity, specifically in network security. A strong understanding of network protocols and security technologies, such as firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems, is essential. Certified professionals (e.g., CCNA, CEH) are preferred. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Strong communication skills are necessary to effectively report incidents and collaborate with team members. Job Summary:We are looking for an L1 NOC Engineer responsible for monitoring leased line links and network infrastructure. The role involves first-level monitoring, troubleshooting, escalation, and coordination with service providers/vendors to ensure 24x7 uptime and SLA adherence.________________________________________Key Responsibilities: Monitor leased line links, WAN, LAN, and backbone infrastructure through NMS tools. Perform real-time network monitoring, identify outages, packet drops, latency, or performance degradation. Log incidents and update ticketing systems (like ServiceNow, Remedy, or internal tool).
