Job description: Experience in installation and commissioning of industrial equipment & process equipment. Good communication Customer management skills Knowledge in Drawing, Autocad MS office. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate MEP services operations, maintenance & problem-solving, as may arise. Assist in the receipt and review of MEP As-Built drawings, Testing & commissioning reports, Equipment list, Warranties, O & M manuals, AMCs & service reports of contractors, Spare parts list & stock, Government documents related to the services on site, Contractor/supplier contact details, Tools and tackles Log and update all MEP changes and as-built information on As-built drawings and documents. Assist in the scoping review, budgeting, and justification of MEP change work orders. Assist in the installation/upgradation/modification of MEP works. Direct, monitor, and control the activities of the MEP staff & Subcontractor. Coordination and administration of MEP-related materials, systems, and shop drawings. Liaison with Consultants, MEP supervisory Engineers, Inspectors, and relevant staff. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors provide and adhere to relevant service schedules/Quality documentation/records. Ensure that MEP Subcontractors/tenants adhere to site safety regulations. Help train staff in safety procedures. Support a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the required training to successfully perform their jobs. Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position. Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required. Maintain accurate logs and records as required. Operate generators and fire pumps as necessary. Provide emergency response services 24/7. Maintain all MEP equipment & services in good condition at all times. Ensure all employees have the proper tools, equipment and uniforms.
