1. Production Supervision & Execution: Monitor and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets. Coordinate with shift workers to ensure smooth workflow. Assist in implementing production schedules and plans.2. Process Optimization & Efficiency: Ensure machines and equipment are running efficiently. Identify areas for productivity improvement and report to the Production Manager. Minimize waste and enhance output through process improvements.3. Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure that all production processes adhere to quality standards. Report defects or deviations in product specifications to the Quality Team. Conduct in-line inspections and ensure quality measures are followed.4. Team Supervision & Workforce Management: Lead and supervise the production team on the shop floor. Conduct on-the-job training for new employees. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and work procedures.5.
