1. production supervision & execution:

 monitor and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets.

 coordinate with shift workers to ensure smooth workflow.

 assist in implementing production schedules and plans.

2. process optimization & efficiency:

 ensure machines and equipment are running efficiently.

 identify areas for productivity improvement and report to the production manager.

 minimize waste and enhance output through process improvements.

3. quality control & compliance:

 ensure that all production processes adhere to quality standards.

 report defects or deviations in product specifications to the quality team.

 conduct in-line inspections and ensure quality measures are followed.

4. team supervision & workforce management:

 lead and supervise the production team on the shop floor.

 conduct on-the-job training for new employees.

 ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and work procedures.

5. health, safety & environmental compliance:

 enforce safety guidelines and monitor safe working practices.

 conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.

 ensure a clean and hazard-free production environment.

6. reporting & documentation:

 maintain daily production reports, downtime logs, and shift records.

 track and report material usage and wastage.

 communicate any issues or delays to the production manager.
