1. Production Supervision & Execution:

 Monitor and oversee daily production activities to meet production targets.

 Coordinate with shift workers to ensure smooth workflow.

 Assist in implementing production schedules and plans.

2. Process Optimization & Efficiency:

 Ensure machines and equipment are running efficiently.

 Identify areas for productivity improvement and report to the Production Manager.

 Minimize waste and enhance output through process improvements.

3. Quality Control & Compliance:

 Ensure that all production processes adhere to quality standards.

 Report defects or deviations in product specifications to the Quality Team.

 Conduct in-line inspections and ensure quality measures are followed.

4. Team Supervision & Workforce Management:

 Lead and supervise the production team on the shop floor.

 Conduct on-the-job training for new employees.

 Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and work procedures.

5. Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance:

 Enforce safety guidelines and monitor safe working practices.

 Conduct regular safety briefings and inspections.

 Ensure a clean and hazard-free production environment.

6. Reporting & Documentation:

 Maintain daily production reports, downtime logs, and shift records.

 Track and report material usage and wastage.

 Communicate any issues or delays to the Production Manager.
