Sound Knowledge of various sensors used for temperature, pressure, position control, read switches, photosensor, etc. Experience in load cell, pressure transmitter - Calibration, replacement, and troubleshooting, etc. Sound Knowledge of I/O Control Wiring and Circuit and drawing reading. Should have exposure in project Erection, Commissioning, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ, etc related Instrumentation activities. Should have experience in ASRS PLC programming, VFD configuration, validation of systems, servo drive, AC-DC drives of different make, PM, BM activities in machines, SOV, TT, PT, LS, troubleshooting of all instruments as mentioned, etc. Electrical Utility maintenance is preferable for candidates. Sound knowledge of Budget preparation, inventory management, manpower management, SOP documentation, Audit, and Liaison with Govt.
