Seeking a Back Office Coordinator for report making and data entry. Responsibilities include managing records, preparing reports, and data processing.

1. Providing Marketing support by identifying insights & nurturing marketing communication ideas. Retail Marketing. Briefing agencies and vendor management. Development and release of advertisements. Media Planning- Print, Radio, Web, OOH. Emphasizing on communications strategy. Directing appropriate media selection for advertising initiatives, establish alliances with key media intermediaries & agencies. Tie Ups with like-minded organizations for promoting product, Designing communication strategies that promote and support the company. Developing image-building plans & advising the management for innovating marketing communications and corporate image building exercises. Briefing the in - house creative team for POS material for retail requirement. Planning and execution of Product launch, Retailer and Distributor meets, Senior Management Conclaves, Market and Store activities, R&R programme and RWA activities. 2.Managing and handling administrative, operational controls in corporate communications and brand/image building through a synergic set of communication activities for internal and external stakeholders. Developing event management plans & advising the same through innovating marketing communications and corporate image building exercises.3. Spearheading Media Planning, Branding, Promotions & Communication activities ensuring maximum brand visibility. Directing appropriate media selection for advertising initiatives, establish alliances with key media intermediaries & agencies. Adhering to Brand guidelines and ensuring 100% compliance.
