This role involves extensive interaction with customers, coordination with Customs House Agents (CHA), and handling payment processes.Responsibilities:1. Managing the entire export order cycle, from acquisition and processing of orders to finalizing and dispatching shipments.2. Interacting with customers to understand their requirements and providing suitable fabric & Yarn samples.3. Sending price quotations to potential customers and following up on these quotations.4. Storing and managing fabric samples and ensuring they are approved by customers.5. Taking orders from customers and ensuring they are processed and dispatched in a timely manner.6.
