Identify new sources in the allocated Area/ Geography and inform the progress to reporting manager during team huddle.2. Source Relationship Management:Responsible for managing the relationship with all sources assigned and identified by him in his geography/area.3. Maintain Reports:Responsible for maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities in the prescribed format. Should maintain diary on daily basis in the prescribed format of activities.4. Channel Partner Recruitment:Responsible for identifying the need for appointment of a channel partner5. Team Huddle:Responsible for attending team huddle on a daily basis as per the set process.6. Customer Relationship Management:Responsible for enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintaining relationship with customers.7. Completion of File:Responsible for submission of complete application form, documentations and informationShould be ready to work on fieldshould be having a bike and licenseGraduate mandateFreshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities:Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.Analyze data to develop insights and inform marketing strategies.Campaign Planning and Execution:Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels (online and offline).Create compelling content for promotional materials, advertisements, and social media.Digital Marketing:Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.Monitor and report on the performance of online marketing initiatives.Brand Management:Maintain and enhance brand identity across all marketing efforts.Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and consistent marketing materials.Lead Generation:Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and drive customer acquisition.Nurture leads through effective communication and follow-up.Event Coordination:Plan and coordinate promotional events, trade shows, and product launches.Ensure seamless execution and maximum visibility for the brand.Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication.Gather customer feedback and insights to improve marketing strategies.Analytics and Reporting:Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing efforts.Prepare regular reports on marketing campaign performance.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience as a Marketing Executive or similar role.Strong understanding of marketing principles and techniques.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creativity and ability to think outside the box.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.Strong project management and organizational skills.
