Call prospective parents, provide detailed information about the program, and encourage them to enroll. Earn incentives based on achieving enrollment targets. Perform student assessments and recommend appropriate programs to parents. Active participation in curriculum development, classroom observation, and team coordination in collaboration with the Center Manager. Teaching Responsibilities - Use company-s systems, process and teaching aids to impart structured learning experience to students. Organize parent teacher conference and responsible for parent relationship management. Work Hours: Mon to Fri 2pm - 8pm and Sat 3pm - 8pm
