Key Responsibilities:Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers or clients in Indian market with the aim of generating interest in the products or services offered.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through effective questioning and information gathering during phone conversations.Product/Service Knowledge: Have a thorough understanding of the company's products or services, as well as their features and benefits, to effectively communicate and address customer inquiries.Relationship Building: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills to build trust and credibility.Customer Support: Address customer inquiries, provide information, and assist in problem resolution, ensuring customer satisfaction.Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up activities using customer relationship management (CRM) software.Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to better tailor sales pitches and strategies.Language Proficiency: Possess strong language skills in Hindi, and English and any other required languages for effective communication with international clients.Time Management: Manage call schedules efficiently, balancing outbound calls, follow-up calls, and administrative tasks.Reporting: Provide regular reports to supervisors or management on call performance, leads generated, and conversion rates.Ability to commute/relocate:Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
