The ideal candidate will have a strong background in roll forming processes and priorexperience in MMS manufacturing. This role involves overseeing the entire production lifecycle,from project initiation and equipment selection to full-scale manufacturing and quality assurance.Key Responsibilities: Project Implementation: Collaborate with the project team during the initial stages to plan and set up themanufacturing facility. Evaluate and select appropriate machinery and equipment for roll forming and MMSproduction. Develop and implement production workflows and standard operating procedures(SOPs). Production Management: Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficient and timely production. Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to meet project deadlines. Implement quality control measures to maintain high product standards. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage production staff, fostering a culture of continuousimprovement. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance productivity and reducecosts. Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate best practices into manufacturingprocesses. Collaborate with the engineering team to implement design changes that facilitatemanufacturing efficiency.Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in roll forming manufacturing processes. Prior experience in MMS manufacturing is highly desirable. Proven track record of managing production teams and implementing manufacturingprojects. Skills: Strong knowledge of roll forming equipment and processes. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Proficient in production planning and quality control methodologies. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in manufacturing.Preferred Attributes: Experience in setting up new manufacturing facilities or production lines. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
