Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by our company. Procuring new dealers through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department. Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective dealers. Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing dealers to ensure that they are retained. Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to dealers. Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from dealers. Negotiating with dealers to secure the most attractive prices. Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales. Reviewing dealers' feedback and implementing necessary changes. Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

Job Description The candidate should have the ability to help customers via Online Chat, Phone, or Remote Support. Responsibilities 1. Identify customer needs and assist customers in selecting suitable products.2. Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful customer conversations.3. Discuss feature requests and workaround with team members.4. Inform customers about new features and functionality while installing our software via a remote support tool.5. Following up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.6. As required, take on additional responsibilities on an ongoing basis.
Work type: WORK FROM HOME ( if company require your presence in any situation you must be available to visit the office)Working hours : morning 10am to 6pm total 8 hours in that 1 hour break.( due to Work from Home we are not going to pressurize you for hourly report, company will provide you the targets for recruitment, you should complete the target, targets will be calculated on 15 days once. If performance is very poor, company will take action on you)Total salary : Rs13,000/-pm for 3 months on monthly basis. After 3 months you can negotiate your salary.After deduction of ESI, PF, INSURANCE your take home salary will be Rs.11,500/-pm.Every month 10th will be the salary datejoining date will be 1st of AprilNote: 10 working days will be UNPAID TRAINING.
