Key Responsibilities.Recruit qualified life insurance agents or advisors.Train agents on insurance products, sales strategies, and complianceSet sales targets and ensure the team achieves them.Motivate and guide agents to enhance their performance.Monitor daily activities and performance of the agent team.Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops.Ensure adherence to IRDAI and company guidelines.Develop local market strategies to boost business.Maintain strong relationships with clients through the agent network.Prepare and present regular performance and progress reports to higher management.

Also handled the tasks of checking premium records on a regular basis Assisted Insurance sales team in achieving monthly sales target.
