Target Achievement Drive sales and achieve targets through the bank branches Sales Support Support the Customer Relationship Officer in the branch for his/ her sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls Relationship Management Bank is the key customer of the Business Development Manager, and he/she must engage an open and trusting relationship with the Branch Managers/officers/staff Engage the employees of the bank branches in regular discussions to transfer knowledge about insurance. Ensure that all service Lead Generation Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk-in, data mining, referrals, etc.

Life insurance sales through assigned Bank Branches.Coordinating between Bank and company from Lead generation to policy conversion.Follow up with Operations of Banks.To build mutually beneficial relationships with Bank and help in acquisition of clients.Customer Requirement Gathering and Analysis for better product pitching.Handling Objections and grievances and providing them with timely solutions.Guiding / mentoring new team members with required deliverable and company values.To plan and achieve business targets in the area of productivity, new premium, persistency, agent activation etc. Take responsibility for scanning the market for emerging opportunities. To devise and implement sales strategy to promote the productivity of the field force. To promote customer-centric culture among both staff and field force.Job Profile Key Responsibilities: Responsible for quality team development and playing an important role in expanding the market Building Distribution Network: Build a robust and profitable distribution network of Advisors & FLS. Productivity & Activation: To manage productivity and activation of the Advisors within the team. To promote productivity of the field force. Establish good working habits for the force, undertake productivity improvement drives, organize specialized training programs. Recruitment of Advisors to ensure growth and productivity. Responsible for increasing share of business by offering entire range of products by achieving Monthly, Quarterly and Annual target. Managing product mix, persistency, Lead Conversion% etc Managing accurate maintenance & updating database. Achieving goal sheet & contest achievement on weekly basis. Candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in any Field / Banking / Insurance/- Life Insurance.Required Skills:Excellent communication skills.Should be sales driven.High level of energy.
