We are seeking a Housekeeping Team Leader to oversee and enhance housekeeping operations in a remote work environment. Provide feedback for improvement.- Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and equipment, requesting new items as needed to maintain efficient operations.- Customer Service: Address any guest complaints or special requests regarding housekeeping to ensure a positive experience.- Reporting: Maintain records of housekeeping activities, including staff attendance and cleaning checklists, and provide reports to upper management as necessary.Required Skills and Expectations:- Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively manage a remote team.- Excellent communication skills to convey instructions clearly and to handle customer inquiries.- Organizational abilities to manage schedules and inventory efficiently.- Attention to detail is crucial to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.- Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory management.- A positive attitude and commitment to providing a high level of service. Liaising between the Supervisor and other employees. Hiring and training new employees. Developing training materials and conducting training sessions and workshops. Establishing business knowledge and awareness of shared company goals. Monitoring both individual and team job performance metrics. Providing staff with technical guidance and assistance. Relaying productivity concerns to the Supervisor. Preparing job descriptions and work schedules. Assisting with other administrative tasks, when required.Assistant Supervisor Requirements: Ability to create candidate hiring profiles and to appoint suitable staff. Extensive experience in compiling training materials and facilitating training. Ability to enhance business knowledge among company employees. Experience in liaising between management and employees. Exceptional ability to motivate employees and foster teamwork. Proficiency in monitoring and reporting job performance metrics. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
