We are looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Architect to join our team in Navi Mumbai. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with up to 2 years of experience in architecture. Key Responsibilities:- Design Support: Assist in creating architectural designs for various projects. You will work under the guidance of senior architects to develop plans and 3D models.- Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed drawings and documents that reflect the architectural design. This includes working with software like AutoCAD and Revit to produce accurate representations of designs.- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on building codes, materials, and construction methods. Your findings will help ensure that all designs meet local regulations and standards.- Site Visits: Participate in site visits to gather information and monitor progress. This will help you understand real-world applications of architectural concepts and ensure that projects are proceeding according to plans.- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and interior designers, to ensure a cohesive project vision. Good communication will be key to integrating ideas and solving design challenges.Required Skills and Expectations:- A degree in architecture or a related field is essential.- Familiarity with architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and clients.- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup. able to understand Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape drawings, Project specifications, etc. to work with assigned consultants for the project and ensuring the drawing delivery at site on time. liaison with civic bodies/related Consultants for timely approvals of the Project essentials whenever necessary. develop designs, as per the relevant regulations. should be able to not only formulate the design but also present for discussion. dealing with staff and sub-contractors and ensuring quality is met. managing client interaction and promoting positive relationships. ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.The remuneration offered shall be at par with the Experience and Work skillset that the Candidate may possess.

Key responsibilities:1. Work on planning and preparing detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and elevations, using industry-standard software2. Work on ULB - approved designs, GFC, FF&E, Electrical and Plumbing layouts.3. Create visually stunning architectural presentations through the use of design thinking, sketching, and photography techniques4. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications5. Stay up to date with the latest architectural trends, materials, and technologies to contribute to the continuous improvement of our design processes
