Typical Work includes:

€¢ Preparing working drawings, site layout, plans, elevations, sections and details.

€¢ Knowledge of Planning regulations of NMMC/UDCPR.

€¢ Good knowledge of AutoCAD and Google Sketchup.

€¢ able to understand Architectural, Structural, MEP, Landscape drawings, Project specifications, etc. to work with assigned consultants for the project and ensuring the drawing delivery at site on time.

€¢ liaison with civic bodies/related Consultants for timely approvals of the Project essentials whenever necessary.

€¢ develop designs, as per the relevant regulations.

€¢ should be able to not only formulate the design but also present for discussion.

€¢ dealing with staff and sub-contractors and ensuring quality is met.

€¢ managing client interaction and promoting positive relationships.

€¢ ability to manage own workload and meet deadlines.
