1 To Collect MPRF(Manpower Requisition form) from various department & accordingto fill vacant position2 To Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs in different areas anddepartments3 To Determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and othermembers of staff4 To Create job descriptions and interview questions that reflect the requirements foreach position5 To Source applicants through various portals such as Naukri.com, Indeed, LinkedIn andother professional networks, internal buddy referral policy, connect with recruitmentagencies etc.6 To Identify and refine down the most suitable talent from available candidate7 To Close positions within stipulated time period as per Recruitment process8 To Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, andin-person interviews with concern department HODs9 To Assess candidates information, including C.Vs., portfolios and references10 To Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidatepipeline11 To Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes andrelated paperwork, to share with key stakeholders12 To deploy/Acquired right talent at a right time & right place13 To Play supportive role in HR activity like to manage ELC(Employee Life cycle),Cultual activity Etc .
