Job Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

• Explain insurance products and benefits to prospective customers.

• Generate leads through references, networking, digital platforms, and field activities.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

• Achieve assigned monthly business and sales targets.

• Recruit, train, guide, and support insurance advisors/agents for managerial positions.

• Follow up with customers and provide quality after-sales service.

• Maintain regular reports and update business activities to the reporting manager.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate depending on the position.

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.

• Candidates with experience in insurance, banking, finance, NBFC, telecom, FMCG, or direct selling will be preferred.
