Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Insurance Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Surat, India. This role is ideal for someone with 1 to 7 years of experience in sales and a passion for the insurance industry.

The Insurance Sales Manager will oversee a team of sales representatives, develop sales strategies, and drive growth by building strong relationships with clients. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve sales goals. Provide guidance, training, and support to help them excel in their roles.

- Sales Strategy Development: Create effective sales strategies to capture new business and expand existing customer relationships. Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.

- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. Address their needs and concerns promptly to enhance customer satisfaction.

- Performance Monitoring: Regularly evaluate team performance against sales goals. Use data and feedback to adjust strategies and improve results.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance and team activities. Present insights and recommendations to upper management for strategic decision-making.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a graduate degree and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales, preferably in the insurance sector. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. The ideal candidate should be results-driven, with a solid understanding of sales techniques and a passion for helping others succeed. Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills is also important, along with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
