Job Description :-- Handling Bank Branch for Life Insurance Products.- Relationship building with employees and branch managers of the concerned bank and to keep them motivated for business generation- Increase sales of insurance products through assigned Bank Branch and devising plans to increase insurance sales through Bank staff andcustomers- Getting leads from allotted Bank Branch and source business through direct marketing techniques.- Support branch employees in their sales effort, in terms of generating benefit illustrations, accompanying on client calls if required etc- Spearhead all lead generation initiative from the bank whether through walk in, data-mining, referrals and others.- Joint Calls with bank branch staff for sales of Insurance Products.- Training of Branch Employees on regular basis on insurance products.- 8-10 branches will be tagged to employee of Indian Bank.Desired profile of the candidate:-- Experience- Min 1 year- Any graduate- Good Communication Skills- Excellent customer handling Skill.- Should be goal oriented- Presentable- Should be willing to travel- Should have a two wheeler- Should have a smart phone
