As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring that products meet the required standards of quality. Your responsibilities will include:- **Conducting Inspections:** You will be responsible for inspecting products at different stages of production to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.- **Documenting Findings:** After inspections, you will document your observations and findings in clear reports to track any issues or defects.- **Collaborating with Production Teams:** You will work closely with production teams to communicate quality issues and help identify solutions to improve processes.- **Performing Tests:** Running tests on products to check their durability and functionality will be key to ensuring that they meet quality requirements.- **Maintaining Equipment:** You will assist in maintaining and calibrating testing equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements.To succeed in this role, you should possess strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects or irregularities in products. Prepare ISO 9001:2008 controlled documents files and test records on time and inaccurate manner. Documentation of the inspection results accurately Coordination for calibration of test equipments and fixtures. Monitor critical equipment and instrumentation to ensure proper operation of the same. To be in contact with suppliers of the inputs for improvements of the quality Evaluate problems and make initial recommendation for reduction of rejection. Provide feedback to assembly and testing department regarding accuracy of theassembly procedure. Maintain the inward and outward movement record of dye patents and lag lug creating the drawings of new parts to get involved in the design and development activities along with the reporting head
