Quality In-Process Engineer--Only For Nashik Candidates

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to join our team at our Ambad MIDC location. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience and an . qualification. This full-time role requires working at the office.

Key Responsibilities:

- Quality Inspection: Perform regular inspections on products and processes to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.

- Testing Procedures: Develop and execute testing procedures to identify any defects or areas for improvement in the products.

- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and quality reports to track performance and ensure compliance with standards.

- Problem Solving: Identify issues in the manufacturing process and propose effective solutions to prevent defects and enhance product quality.

- Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, and other departments to ensure quality processes are understood and adhered to by all team members.

- Continuous Improvement: Participate in initiatives aimed at improving product quality and production efficiency, utilizing tools such as Six Sigma or Lean methodologies.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have strong analytical skills to assess product quality and identify potential issues. Attention to detail is essential for ensuring that every product meets high-quality standards.
