Hiring Fresher / Quality Engineer / 12th Pass

As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. You will work in our Rajkot office and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting engineering drawings and CAD data. You will operate measurement tools, such as Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), to perform accurate assessments. Your role involves designing and maintaining inspection plans, test procedures, and standard operating procedures, ensuring compliance with quality standards.

You should possess a strong grasp of statistics, risk assessment, and data interpretation to analyze quality results effectively. As part of this role, you need to develop and implement improvement initiatives based on the findings from your analyses.

Required skills include proficiency in reading engineering drawings and using CAD data. Familiarity with measurement tools like CMM is essential. Strong analytical skills are a must, along with experience or knowledge in statistics and risk assessments. The ability to design effective inspection plans and procedures is highly valued.

This full-time position requires a minimum educational qualification of 12th pass and is open to candidates with 0-2 years of experience. You will be expected to work during regular office hours and engage in hands-on tasks as part of your daily responsibilities. This position is office-based and does not involve remote work options.
