Responsible: Following safety procedures to protect themselves and coworkers from injury orexposure to harmful chemicals Inspecting molds for damage and defects and repairing them as needed Reading blueprints and other instructions to determine the correct settings for amold machine Monitoring gauges on machinery to ensure that it is operating within normalparameters Operating machines that inject plastic or other materials into molds to form productssuch as automobile parts or household goods such as dishes and television remotecontrols Monitoring equipment to ensure that it is operating properly and has sufficientsupplies of raw materials and coolant Installing molds in automated machines and operating robotic arms to perform taskssuch as mixing or spraying materials Inspecting molds and equipment for defects, repairing them as needed, andmaintaining records of all work performed Preparing molds for use by cleaning them, inspecting them for cracks or defects, andapplying release agents to help the material release from the mold easily. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and other specifications todetermine mold setup requirements Align mold halves in injection-molding machines, clamp them together, and injectmolten plastic into the mold cavity Remove molded products from molds, using hand tools, and trim excess materialfrom products, using power knives, hand tools, and sanders Start up and shut down injection-molding machines Monitor machine operation to detect problems such as clogged nozzles or faultyheating elements Adjust machine controls when necessary to compensate for changes in temperatureand material viscosity Weigh out specified amounts of raw materials and load them into hoppers Record production data, such as volume produced, scraped product, and timerequired for each molding cycle Inspect finished products for defects and measure products with rulers or calipers toensure adherence.

Conduct technical research2) Use of NX -10 , Unigraphic software for design mechanical systems. 3) develop prototypes and conduct tests on machine , 4) 3D moduling , assembly and generate 2D drawing 5)to 5 yrs work experience in new product development of home appliances of plastic parts, eg. washing machine ,cooler , AC.

Job Purpose: experience in Injection Molding Machine maintenance of machineries in the factory This role ensures all the machinery,Equipment & facilities are kept in optimal working condition to maximize production efficiency. Plans and prepares periodical preventative maintenance schedule at the beginning ofeach year and carries out duties mentioned therein in coordination with Operationsteam. 100% preventive maintenance as per schedules are carried out in accordance withaccepted standards and industrial norms. Monitoring and Controlling the Maintenance activities like Preventive, Break down,Corrective and Conditioning based maintenance for TRANSFORMER, DG`s, MOTOR, UPS,BATTERY CHARGER, APFC (LT & HT), Electrical Panels. PLC, HMI Programming & Troubleshooting (Siemens, Omron, Delta) Knowledge on troubleshooting on Electrical Circuits and VFD Panels. Planning of preventive and predictive maintenance, adhering as per plan. Coordinating and Evaluating, Team with daily Maintenance activities. Monitor and control Power consumption. Design and implement ways to conserve energy, power, water etc and undertakemeasure to. Reduce wasteful consumption. Identify and Initiate intervention for cost control. To Prepare and Maintain ISO Audit Documents. Ensuring smooth Operation and maintenance of Cooling tower, Compressor, EOT cranes, Pumps, Boiler. Must have worked in Plastic Injection Molding Industry related to Electrical Maintenance
