Prepare and manage technical and commercial sales documents including quotations, inquiries, purchase orders, and email correspondence. Communicate professionally with clients and suppliers via email and phone for documentation status and project updates. Visit local vendors and suppliers for document coordination, follow-ups, and inspections. Understand basic mechanical drawings and product specifications related to valves, piping, pumps, and fittings. Support the sales team in tracking project status, delivery schedules, and documentation. Maintain digital records of communication and documentation for each project. Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure timely and accurate responses. Travel as required within Pune and occasionally outside the city for business meetings or vendor visits.

Role SummaryWe are seeking a motivated B2B Field Industrial Sales Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand Xenith Scientifics footprint in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B industrial or laboratory sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to understand client requirements in QC/R&D environments.Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Saleso Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in targeted industries (Pharma, Food, Petrochemical, etc.).o Visit clients regularly, understand their laboratory needs, and promote suitable products and solutions.o Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.2. Client Relationship Managemento Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and decision-makers.o Provide timely support, quotations, and technical details to clients.o Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.3. Market Intelligence & Reportingo Collect and analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.o Prepare and submit regular sales reports, visit updates, and forecasts to management.4. Coordination & Executiono Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, logistics, and after-sales support.o Follow up on payments and ensure timely order closures.o Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and product demonstrations when required.Desired Candidate Profile Education: Graduate in Science/Pharma/Engineering (preferred) or any discipline with strong sales aptitude. Experience: 13 years in B2B industrial/lab equipment/chemical sales (freshers with strong motivation may also apply). Skills:o Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.o Ability to work independently and manage field sales effectively.o Basic knowledge of laboratory products & solutions will be an advantage.
