Position: Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities and develop customer relationships.

Visit customers and conduct product/service presentations.

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp.

Prepare and send quotations, invoices, and other sales documents.

Follow up with customers for orders, payments, and business development.

Coordinate order processing and material dispatch activities.

Maintain customer database and sales records.

Support marketing activities and lead generation initiatives.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Willingness to travel for customer visits.

Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
