This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in payroll management, HR operations, and employee lifecycle processes within a professional work environment.Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Attendance Management:Monitor, verify, and maintain daily employee attendance records with accuracy. Ensure all attendance entries are properly updated and discrepancies are resolved in coordination with concerned departments.2. HRMS Data Management:Maintain and regularly update employee records in the HRMS (Human Resource Management System). Ensure all employee information is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.3. Payroll Assistance:Support the payroll team in processing monthly salaries, including data validation, attendance inputs, leave records, and other payroll components.4. Employee ID Creation:Generate and manage employee IDs for new joiners, ensuring proper documentation and system entry.5. Onboarding Support:Assist in onboarding activities by collecting, verifying, and organizing employee documentation. Ensure all joining formalities are completed as per company policy.6.
