This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong organizational and communication skills.Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Support:o Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.o Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate suitability.o Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment progress. Onboarding:o Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and assisting with employee documentation.
