The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment expertise, ensuring the team achieves its daily hiring goals while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and scalable hiring operations.Mandatory Criteria (Must-Have)510 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 23 years in a TA team lead/regional or global hiring role.Experience hiring across multiple regions (APAC, EMEA, Americas).Background in SaaS, technology, or high-growth startup environments.Ability to lead, coach, and manage a global TA team with daily hiring targets.Hands-on use of global job boards (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, JobStreet, Naukri, etc.).Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, or similar).Capability to manage end-to-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across regions.Excellent stakeholder management and crosstime zone communication skills.Deep understanding of global talent markets, sourcing trends, and remote hiring practices.About the RoleThe Global Talent Acquisition Team Lead will oversee global hiring strategy, manage a geographically dispersed TA team, prioritize business-critical roles, and ensure efficient hiring performance across all regions.
