we are looking for a highly experienced global talent acquisition team lead to drive worldwide hiring efforts and manage a high-performing, geographically distributed ta team. the ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on recruitment expertise, ensuring the team achieves its daily hiring goals while maintaining an excellent candidate experience and scalable hiring operations.
mandatory criteria (must-have)
5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 2–3 years in a ta team lead/regional or global hiring role.
experience hiring across multiple regions (apac, emea, americas).
background in saas, technology, or high-growth startup environments.
ability to lead, coach, and manage a global ta team with daily hiring targets.
hands-on use of global job boards (linkedin recruiter, indeed, jobstreet, naukri, etc.).
strong experience with applicant tracking systems (greenhouse, lever, workable, or similar).
capability to manage end-to-end hiring for critical and leadership roles across regions.
excellent stakeholder management and cross–time zone communication skills.
deep understanding of global talent markets, sourcing trends, and remote hiring practices.
about the role
the global talent acquisition team lead will oversee global hiring strategy, manage a geographically dispersed ta team, prioritize business-critical roles, and ensure efficient hiring performance across all regions. reporting directly to the global hr leader, this role combines operational excellence with strategic impact to support the organization’s worldwide talent expansion.
key responsibilities
lead, coach, and motivate a global ta team to achieve daily sourcing and hiring targets with high efficiency.
align recruitment strategies with workforce planning, organizational priorities, and employer branding initiatives.
prioritize open roles based on business needs, urgency, and function-level requirements.
monitor and manage every stage of the recruitment funnel—from sourcing to preboarding—ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
oversee end-to-end hiring for key leadership and critical roles across apac, noram, latam, and other global regions.
ensure optimal utilization of ats platforms and maintain updated candidate pipelines.
use and optimize global job boards (linkedin recruiter, indeed global, seek, jobstreet, naukri, kalibrr, etc.) to source top talent.
review and improve job advertisements and sourcing content for market fit and brand consistency.
analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate performance, guide decisions, and report kpis (time-to-fill, quality of hire, source effectiveness, etc.).
partner with hiring managers and regional leaders to ensure strong communication and a positive candidate experience.
manage external partnerships including agencies, rpos, job portals, and sourcing vendors.
continuously enhance recruitment processes, playbooks, and communication frameworks to support global scale.
support employer branding through recruitment marketing, storytelling, and candidate engagement initiatives.
education & experience requirements
5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 2–3 years leading regional or global ta functions.
experience hiring in apac, emea, or americas within saas, tech, or high-growth startup environments.
proven experience managing kpis, dashboards, and team productivity.
deep experience with global job boards, sourcing tools, and social recruiting platforms.
excellent stakeholder, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
strong understanding of recruitment analytics, sourcing trends, and global talent landscapes.
experience with ats systems such as greenhouse, lever, workable, or similar.
preferred qualifications
previous experience leading global or cross-regional ta teams in a tech or hospitality-tech organization.
exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and data-driven hiring.
multilingual ability is a plus.
strong analytical mindset with comfort reviewing and interpreting recruitment metrics.
