Brief KRA is below1. Screening and shortlisting resumes, taking telephonic interviews2. Filling the positions within the TAT via using various sources like Job Portals, Referrals, Headhunting etc3. Preparation of daily, weekly, and Monthly MIS Reports of Hiring status and Managing end to end recruitment and selection process.4. Coordination with the HR Team with respect to interviews, and joining.5. Follow up with the candidates till the offer letter is been issued, and6. The candidate joins.7. Organize Recruitment Drives as per Client HR
