Ensuring passengers board and disembark safely.- Conducting safety checks on baggage and cargo to ensure compliance with airport security regulations. Reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.- Communicating effectively with passengers to provide assistance and directions as needed. Handling inquiries and resolving issues related to baggage or passenger services.- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the airport terminal and surrounding area.
