- responsible for assisting in the handling of all passenger and cargo baggage at the airport terminal. this includes loading and unloading baggage onto aircraft and ensuring it is securely stowed.

- assisting in the transportation of passengers between the terminal and aircraft using airport vehicles such as trolleys or buses. ensuring passengers board and disembark safely.

- conducting safety checks on baggage and cargo to ensure compliance with airport security regulations. reporting any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor.

- communicating effectively with passengers to provide assistance and directions as needed. handling inquiries and resolving issues related to baggage or passenger services.

- maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the airport terminal and surrounding area. this includes clearing trash, debris, and snow during inclement weather.
